Imagine being able to walk into your closet with confidence and peace of mind as you get dressed every day. Let Sarah overhaul your closet and help you redesign your fashion needs. The process is simple, let's get started today!
HOW IT WORKS:
- Your style adventure begins with a simple questionnaire to help Sarah get to know you a little better.
- We will then schedule your first appointment and let the fun begin! This can be scheduled in-person or virtually.
- At your initial 3-hour appointment, we will mostly focus on editing. This means going through your entire closet to determine what can go, what you keep and what you need. *Additional hours available for $125/hr based on need, but not necessary. We can prioritize the important stuff and definitely accomplish a lot in 3 hours.
- Need recommendations? Add the optional digital lookbook add-on. In this specially curated guide, you'll find a summary of your top needs, plus tons of recommendations from Sarah! This will include a list of things to buy and my top picks every closet should have. *Not everything will be suggested from Phoenix Shop. This lookbook will include items from several retailers based on your budget and style.
$350 non-refundable fee which covers 3hr initial closet clean out is required before we begin. Add-on services available per your request.

Refund Policy
We hope you love everything you order from Phoenix Shop, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help!
You have 7 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Full-priced purchases are eligible for a refund to your original payment method as long as the return is shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return label through email. After 5 days, store credit only will be issued.
If your order was placed using a promo code of 10% or more (including email sign-up, new customer, or Facebook promotions), your return will be eligible for store credit only.
Please note that we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following — these are considered final sale, no exceptions:
- Custom hats
- Jewelry and hair accessories
- Purchases made at pop-up or in-person events
- Bath products
- Gift cards
- Final sale clearance items
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Getting started is easy!
- Log into your Phoenix Shop Account here or at the top right of our home page.
- Find your order and click Request Return.
- You’ll get an email confirming your request, and we’ll review it within 24 hours.
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
Please make sure your return is postmarked within 5 days of receiving your label — returns sent after that window will be store credit only.
Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll get a confirmation email.
- Refunds for full-priced items will go back to your original payment method.
- Store credits are issued as a Phoenix Shop gift card that never expires.
Damages or Issues
We want you to love your order! If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to note that you’d like an exchange when requesting your return. If the item and/or size is in stock, we will automatically set up the exchange. Once the original item is received, we will ship the exchange.

Shipping Policy
In most cases, orders are processed same day if received by 12pm CST, all later orders will ship the next business day. Please note that there may be delays on weekends or holidays. When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. Please contact info@psphoenixshop.com to report any issues with your shipment. We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages that track as delivered; however, we will work with you to file a claim for replacement.
Free Standard Shipping in Domestic United States on orders over $60. Expedited shipping can be chosen for a flat rate at checkout. *We are not responsible for delays once received by USPS or UPS. These delays are out of our control. Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Note that some sale items may be subject to a shipping fee due to the extreme discount.
