How to Use

Immerse yourself in a refreshing cleansing experience. Unleash Spongellé’s® creamy fragrance by placing your Body Wash Infused Buffer® under running water to reveal an airy, cloud-like hybrid of exfoliating massage and silky aromatic cleansing. Patented technology ensures a minimum of 20+ washes per sponge.

Rinse and squeeze out excess water after each use. The sponge can be repurposed after it has been fully used.

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy for all online orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your full-priced item to request a return. We provide store credit only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following; these items are considered FINAL SALE:

  • Custom hats
  • Jewelry and hair accessories
  • Sale items
  • Items purchased with a promo code of 10% or more (this includes email sign up, new customer codes, Facebook promotions, etc.)
  • Purchases made at pop up/in-person events
  • Bath products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 


To start a return, submit your request through your Phoenix Shop Account. Access your Account directly here or at the top right of our home page. Find your order, click Request Return. Once requested, you'll receive an email confirming the request was sent. Your request will either be Approved or Denied within 24 hours. Items must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the label from Phoenix Shop, otherwise return is no longer accepted. Once item is received, Phoenix Shop will inspect the return and refund will be sent on a gift card directly to the email provided.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of a gift card that never expires.

In most cases, orders are processed same day if received by 12pm CST, all later orders will ship the next business day. Please note that there may be delays on weekends or holidays. When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages that track as delivered; however, we will work with you to file a claim for replacement. 

Free Standard Shipping in Domestic United States on orders over $60. Expedited shipping can be chosen for a flat rate at checkout. *We are not responsible for delays once received by USPS or UPS.
