Not for Consumption: Our slime and mix-ins are strictly for sensory play, not to be consumed.
Ages 5 and Up: This slime is intended for ages 5 and older. Please supervise young children.
Sensitive Skin: If you have sensitive skin, please be cautious using slime.
Overflow: Adding mix-ins may cause overflow; store excess slime separately in an airtight container.
Slime Stains: Remove slime from fabric with a solution of 50/50 white vinegar and cold water. Test in an inconspicuous spot, dab, and gently brush away residue using a soft-bristled brush.
Keep it Fresh: Keep your slime fresh by playing with clean hands on a clean surface. After playtime, store it in an airtight container in a cool, room-temperature space.

Refund Policy
We hope you love everything you order from Phoenix Shop, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help!
You have 7 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Full-priced purchases are eligible for a refund to your original payment method as long as the return is shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return label through email. After 5 days, store credit only will be issued.
If your order was placed using a promo code of 10% or less (including but not limited to email sign-up, new customer, or Facebook promotions), your return will be eligible for store credit only.
If your order was placed using a promo code of 15% or more (including but not limited to email sign-up, new customer, Facebook promotions, limited sale events, etc.), your return will be final sale.
Please note that we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following — these are considered final sale, no exceptions:
- Custom hats
- Jewelry and hair accessories
- Purchases made at pop-up or in-person events
- Bath products
- Gift cards
- Clearance items (including final sale limited promotion discounts)
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Getting started is easy!
- Log into your Phoenix Shop Account here or at the top right of our home page.
- Find your order and click Request Return.
- You’ll get an email confirming your request, and we’ll review it within 24 hours.
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. A $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
Please make sure your return is postmarked within 5 days of receiving your label — returns sent after that window will be store credit only.
Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll get a confirmation email.
- Refunds for full-priced items will go back to your original payment method.
- Store credits are issued as a Phoenix Shop gift card that never expires.
Damages or Issues
We want you to love your order! If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to note that you’d like an exchange when requesting your return. If the item and/or size is in stock, we will automatically set up the exchange. Once the original item is received, we will ship the exchange.

Shipping Policy
In most cases, orders are processed same day if received by 12pm CST, all later orders will ship the next business day. Please note that there may be delays on weekends or holidays. When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. Please contact info@psphoenixshop.com to report any issues with your shipment. We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages that track as delivered; however, we will work with you to file a claim for replacement.
Free Standard Shipping in Domestic United States on orders over $60. Expedited shipping can be chosen for a flat rate at checkout. *We are not responsible for delays once received by USPS or UPS. These delays are out of our control. Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Note that some sale items may be subject to a shipping fee due to the extreme discount.
